  • Bachelor's+ in HR/Management/Psychology.
  • Certifications: CIPD/SHRM/HRBP.
  • 8+ years in industrial HR, including 3+ as HR Director.
  • Industry: Automotive/mechanical (technical competency models).
  • Workforce planning for production ramp-up, time-motion studies.
  • Expertise in Algerian Labor Code (termination rules, union negotiations).
  • Languages: Fluent English required. French/Arabic mandatory (government/union dealings).
  • Leadership.
